2022 ushered in a tremendous amount of change, both in the real estate market and in our personal lives. We saw interest rates rise to their highest levels in years, and we welcomed 3 new members to the Keyes Real Estate family. Despite a near doubling in interest rates, our team executed 112 transactions for a total sales volume of $103 million, which included 59 sales and 53 lease transactions across multiple asset classes.
