In addition to brokerage, Brad is Of Counsel at Narvid Scott LLP, located in Encino. His practice centers on real estate, engaging in both litigation and transactional work. He represents developers, syndicators, investors, and funds in a wide range of matters including acquisitions, dispositions, syndications, fund formations, development, leasing, financing, and foreclosures. His clients range from individual investors, corporations, and institutions across all asset classes of real estate, including residential, multi-family, retail, office, industrial, and hospitality.
Raised in Westwood, Brad is a graduate of UCLA and Loyola Law School. An avid boxer and basketball player, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife, Annie, their son Bo, and their two rescue German Shepherds, Frankie and Titus, at their home in Eagle Rock, snowboarding in Mammoth, or at the beach. Brad is actively involved in numerous civic and community organizations, including the Real Estate and Construction Division of the Jewish Federation, Urban Land Institute, ProVisors, City of Hope’s Los Angeles Real Estate and Construction Industries Council, Los Angeles Conservancy, Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, Real Estate Section of the State Bar of California, Real Estate Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and closest to his heart the Westside German Shepherd Rescue.
